Hey everyone,Posted by Administrator
Just a little update from the road. The tour has been a blast so far with some really great shows and amazing hopitality across the country. Everywhere we go we seem to find great people with breathtaking country-side property!!
After a great night in Thunder Bay we were asked to play again at the Black Pirates Pub on our way home which works into our schedule perfectly. Be sure to check out that show out if you are in the area!
Winnipeg was an awesome venue and although most of the band was suffering from a heavy cold we seemed to bring with us, we played our hearts out to a very appreciative crowd.
Calgary was one of the best days of our lives where we floated down the Elbow river all afternoon the day of the show and arrived at the Blind Beggar Pub overflowing with energy that kept the crowd going all night. They wouldn't let us off the stage!!
The Rose and Crown in Banff saw probably our best performance yet. We extended the jams in all our songs and took them places thay had never been before. Probably had something to do with the fact that we were high up in the rocky mountains breathing thin air...
We've posted a few videos of some acoustic and live performances on our myspace page so be sure to check those out.
Stay tuned for more update vidoes and blogs of our adventures as we make our mark across this great country.
Peace,
The Cities.

A few reminders for the weekend. These Three Cities are playing Friday night at The Waltz in Hamilton (403-2 King Street west), doors at 9, then Saturday we're on to The Red Rooster in Burlington (484 Plains Rd E.) doors also at 9, and tonight we are doing a couple sets at Shoeless Joe's in Whitby (75 Consumers Drive) in the AMC theatre complex. Show up early to this one and grab a burg and a brew.
The tour is basically booked and we hit the road in 2 weeks!! Be sure to check out our myspace page for tour dates and locations so you don't miss us when we come to your town. We have a few new T-shirt designs and some new colors as well so be sure to swing by the merch table before and after the sets to have a chat with the boys. Also, keep your eyes peeled for when we drop a few new tunes for download. Should be within the couple weeks or so.
In case you missed the last update here are some links to our latest review/interview...

These Three Cities Update:Posted by Administrator
In case you didn't already know These Three Cities are heading out on tour officially on June 22nd, playing our way across Canada right to Victoria, BC and back. We wanted to hit our Southern Ontario hot spots one more time before we head out so we still have a few pre-tour shows where you can catch up with us. This will kick off our tour, not just in one place for one crowd but in many places for everyone.
5 June - Waltz Live Music, Hamilton, ON
6 June - Red Rooster, Burlington, ON
13 June - Frankie's Song Festival, Cambridge, ON
20 June - The Rex, Welland, ON
As we may have mentioned before there were some studio sessions last month that saw a few new tunes come to life that has us all very excited. We hope to have a few of these completed before the tour for digital download so you all have the chance to enjoy them long after the shows. Keep your eyes open for updates on that. We also have a new T-shirt design in a few new colors (and finally some girls T's) so be sure to pick one up at the next show and help add to the Tour fund.
Things are moving along in really positive ways lately and we are all way too excited to hit the road and see this beautiful country. We'll be sure to add many updates and hopefully some good videos while on tour so keep in touch and we hope to see you all before we roll out!!
Thanks for believing,
The Cities

Just a friendly reminder that These Three Cities are playing at the Tattoo Rock Parlour This Wednesday, May 13. Stereos and Street Pharmacy, two kick ass, high energy bands, will be opening the night at 9pm and 10pm respectively and The Cities will be hitting the stage by 11 so be sure to come early and stay late if you don't want to miss a second of the action.
Its always good times down at the Tattoo and as this weekend is a holiday, (May 2-4!) you should all probably get your downtown outing in before you leave for cottage country. The Cities have made new T-shirts for this one to coincide with an upcoming release (that's right, a new EP coming soon) so come visit the merch table for a pint and have a gander at the new diggs.
These Three Cities are also heading out on tour next month so you'll want to come see one last set in Toronto before they roll out!! Dates booked out to Vancouver Island and back so keep an eye out for upcoming shows near you.
Thanks for tuning in and we'll see you all Tomorrow night!!!

A Very Important Show Posted by Administrator
If any of you have ever seen us at the Tattoo Rock Parlour before you'd know how much we love playing there and how great of a venue it has become for us. Well, we are playing there again next week and this time the powers that be are showing their appreciation to our loyal group of friends and music lovers who continue to pack the place by giving us a headlining spot on a bill with two other amazing bands that have heavy draws of their own.
On Wednesday, May 13th continue showing your local music scene support by coming down to the Tattoo to check out the awesome talents of "Stereos" from Edmonton, along with "Street Pharmacy" from Welland as they kick off an evening with These Three Cities. This is our first big headlining show since the release of our last EP which has gotten a lot of great response over the last few months and will prove its worth on this night's performance in front of an eager audience.
Your attendance does so much more than just support us. It makes a clear statement that you really care about the local music scene. That you want to see something great happen in the music industry. That you want to be part of something bigger and better than the last dismal decade of lifeless mainstream pop culture. The future of the arts is in the hands of the listeners so make your voice heard. Bring everyone you know down to the Tattoo Rock Parlour on May 13th and say NO to proposition 24..... Sorry, wrong speech.... Let's ROCK!!!
Peace out,
The Cities.
