Hey everyone,Posted by Administrator
We just wanted to send out a little news worthy update on some things coming up for The Cities.
We've been invited back to the Tattoo Rock Parlour on Jan. 29th for a repeat performance, opening for We are the Take, who are an amazing local band making some serious waves, and Low Level Flight which is Ryan Malcolm (first season winner of Canadian Idol) and his band of very talented musicians.... This will surely be a awesome show with some amazing performances that you won't want to miss!! These Three Cities will go on first at 9pm sharp so please, come early for us and stay late for them. Find us at the merch table after the show for some drinks and good times!!
We've also been getting a few spins on CIUT 89.5 fm, U of T Campus Radio and made it to #17 in their top 30!! Check out the list here: http://www.ciut.fm/charts.php. We will be doing a live interview on Monday, Jan. 26 between 12 and 2pm during the Monday Makeout Sessions show with Brent Miller to promote the EP release and the Tattoo show. This is a great show that features local independent artists so if you don't already listen on the regular, you really should!!! You can find out more about the show on their myspace page: http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... =395942726
And finally, check out our latest on-line review of our self titled EP by Mike Bax of Fazer Online Music Magazine: http://www.fazer.ca/2009/01/22/these-th ... ep-review/
To help create a scene you must come out and be seen... Know what I mean, green bean?
Thanks to all for the continued support...

Dear Welland and St.Catharines,Posted by Administrator
We just really want to thank everyone for coming out Friday and Saturday night. This weekend was a blast for These Three Cities.
Friday night, we played the Mansion House with the best Rage Against the Machine cover band we might ever see in our lives. They killed it. Check them out if you get the chance, their called , "Evil Empire."
Saturday night, was the highlight of our weekend. We played with our friends "The Knifings". www.myspace.com/theknifingscut As always they were in great form and their set was amazing. Just want to thank everyone again for coming out on that cold night to see live music and showing us a great weekend. We'd also like to thank on behalf of The Knifings and ourselves, the kind and generous people at The Rex.
Talk Soon,
These Three Cities
